First interview was suppose to be a group interview, the person handling mistakenly sent me two incorrect times so I did a one on one. It was mostly questions to ensure you fit the lululemon culture which I can appreciate as this was a part time / evenings and weekend job for me outside my full time job. From there I was told they would be in touch for next steps. I received a call for a second round of interviews. When I got on the call it was not in fact an interview but they offered the job, however, we’re not prepared with the approved hourly wage. Ultimately, the process seemed unprepared and the hourly wage description in interview did not match what was offered. When I declined the offer and thanked them for their time and consideration I received no reply back. Made me realize it was the best choice!
