Group interview with so many people that it took almost 2 hours to get through 2 questions. Interviewers were nice but were looking for specific characteristics. Over zoom and there were people from all over Canada and USA as well. Did not feel like a personal interview but more of a casual interview process.

Internal group style interview. Consisted of introductions and 3 questions. Interviewer went around age ashes each of us. Group was no more than 6 people and each person was from a different state. Interview was extremely easy and the questions asked were very basic.

It started with a group interview. A few weeks later an email was sent asking for availability and then an offer letter came shortly. Didn’t require a second interview for internal candidates
Super easy, group, being hired is guaranteed, very non traditional interview, no stress at all, this is for contract, no guarantee to keep you after the contract, don’t have expectations.
