I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at lululemon (Louisville, KY) in Oct 2020
Interview
I had a group interview with about 4-5 other people on zoom. They asked a lot of situational questions like the classic “tell me about a time when…”. I felt a lot of pressure to be the first one to respond to questions while still formulating a good response. The second interview was with an in store manager where she asked more about how I resonated with the brand and helping in store.
Over zoom, didn't last long. Wasn't offered the job unfortunately. I had tried to interview for this position previously months before but my interview was cancelled before I got the chance so this was my second time applying.
