I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Burlingame, CA) in Jul 2022
Interview
3 rounds of interviews even when moving up through company. Interviews are supposed to be non biased and from people that you haven’t worked with previously but I found myself getting through two rounds with a pass until I was interviewed in my final round by former management and got a fail on the last round after a cold and hostile interview.
