Both interviews I had were with really sweet ladies. They always asked for examples of situations, not straight forward answers. They’re looking for specific times when you have made a mistake and how you handled it and what your experience is with diversity in the workplace.

Question 1
Tell us about about a time you made a mistake that other people had to go out of their way to help you fix it.
Interview was a group interview, so there were multiple people at a time. The interviewer asked standard questions (past experience, why you are a good fit for the role, name a challenge you overcame, what are you hoping to get out of the role, etc.)
