Interview
The first part of the interview was an interview that was held in a “group setting” - so three other interviewees were present in the session. The second interview was with the manager and assistant manager. The interviews were straight forward and asked how I would fit the role as selling not only the clothes but also the message of lululemon.
Interview was a group interview, so there were multiple people at a time. The interviewer asked standard questions (past experience, why you are a good fit for the role, name a challenge you overcame, what are you hoping to get out of the role, etc.)

Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
