I recently interviewed for a position at Lululemon and wanted to share my experience, as I believe it may be helpful for others considering opportunities with the company. While I was very excited about the prospect of joining Lululemon and felt that I was a strong fit for the role, I found the HR process to be quite slow and unresponsive. Throughout the interview process, I experienced delays in scheduling and communication from the HR team, which left me feeling that my time as a candidate was not valued. Despite expressing my strong interest in the role and the time-sensitive nature of my situation, I did not receive timely updates or responses to my inquiries. While I understand that hiring processes can be complex, I believe that a more streamlined and responsive approach would significantly improve the candidate experience. This would also reflect more positively on Lululemon's reputation as an employer. In conclusion, while I was initially excited about the opportunity to work for Lululemon, my experience with their HR process has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued. I hope that the company will take steps to address these issues and improve the candidate experience in the future.
