I have only completed the 1st interview. It was a group interview with 2 other people. It was very easy. There was some small talk and then they asked you to tell them a little bit about yourself. They then did 3 situational/behavioral questions and that was it. Super relaxed and easy! We rotated who answered first.

When have you a disagreement with a member on your team/another associate? How did you handle it?
The interview was held in a group interview style (about 12 individuals in total) we went one by one answering questions posed by the interviewer. I found it to be be intimidating because it leads to you actively comparing your answers to the other people also interviewing

I applied online and they will contact you for a group interview. You will be asked for a second interview with the store manager if they like your answers. Overall, the interviews are pretty relaxed and they asks standard questions.
