The interview process was oddly long for a lead position, there were 4 different virtual interviews. Throughout all interviews, no salary range was discussed. Upon receiving a job offer, was the first any compensation was provided, and I will say for an overnight lead position it was quite low compensation especially given what their part-time FOH employees start at. All this said, the interviewees were nice and professional, however at the time of receiving an offer, it had another candidates name on it.
