I applied online. I interviewed at lululemon in May 2019
Interview
The first interview was a group interview. Common questions about your background in sales, any connections to fitness, about what you'd expect. At this point, they were looking for people who could come up with unique answers, or could be personable on the spot. The second interview, "the sweat interview," was done after a yoga class. Others have done sweat interviews after a spin class, a boot camp class etc. But after this class, you have a personal interview with either the manager or an assistant manager and it follows as most normal interviews work.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
