I applied online. I interviewed at lululemon (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2023
Interview
Interviewed over zoom for T.O. Interview process was long and somewhat inefficient. Had multiple candidates in one interview (group interviews have people talking over one another, and have an underlying feeling of competition, despite all of us trying to be kind and considerate). Questions were very hypothetical and theoretical - not very relevant to your skills, or the skills that this job would actually require, as some other reviews have mentioned. Despite me being overqualified for the job, there was no callback. Overall a negative and confusing experience; the whole hiring process needs to be revamped.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
