The process took 4 days. I interviewed at lululemon (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2011
Interview
They hire based on personality and future goals, not exclusively by experience.
The best thing is to go into multiple stores, speak with people and see where you would genuinely like to work and go and meet the people there. Do your research so you are well versed in the culture, but ultimately they will hire you for who you are and where you see yourself going. The interview was only challenging in that they ask questions that you could never prepare for such as "what books are you reading" or "if you were a food/drink what would you be and why".

Question 1

iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
