Interview
There was a posting online, followed by a brief phone interview, and then group interview. We were given links and asked to do several online tests to assess our typing and reading comprehension. Group interview was different, the leader asked very strange questions and then gave us some forms to fill out with our availability etc.

I believe there was a phone interview. There was also a group interview involved that you came in person for and they asked questions to the group and you could jump in to answer at any point. Then got request for availability shortly after the interview
