straightforward question
first round of HR screening, assessing if you had experience in the group focus, then with a direct manager, then a group interview with a co-worker and the manager from partnering manager

Pretty standard; past experience, how you deal with difficult people; explain difficult stuff; experience of convincing someone;
Was fairly straight forward and easy to navigate hiring manager was a mid level PMO resource and didn't ask too many technical questions, not the hardest interview ever. i got the offer after one go round
Four interviews stretched out over multiple months. First a preliminary call, then a solo interview, followed by a panel interview and final call with head of department. Long pause in hiring process.

Had several interviews with different managers for different positions, but none of them got back to me. HR kept calling me about potential matches, but failed to keep me updated.
