I applied online. I interviewed at lululemon in Feb 2024
Interview
I was interviewed by someone with significantly less experienced for a senior-ish role. The process is not at all transparent because they don't get back when they say they will, and moreover, some of the questions seem to be far to general for a senior role.
If you aren't white, don't expect an offer no matter how qualified you are or the basic courtesy of even closing the loop in a timely manner. I also got ghosted which is so disrespectful but not surprising considering the lack of commitment to diversity and inclusion shown through the whole process! (ironical as it claims to be a company that values it).

Interview
The interview process was three rounds-- initial discussion with recruiter, hiring manager, and director. Very conversational, felt like more of a cultural fit assessment rather than a skills assessment. However after making it through the final round and waiting two weeks, I just received an automated rejection email.
