I went through the sales interview process and found it to be very arduous and never ending. I had at least 5 different calls and was never given the proper feedback or next steps. In the end, I was told they felt I lost momentum and did not follow-up after a late Friday afternoon call. I feel anyone would lose momentum with their process. Also, no diversity whatsoever.
