Machine Learning Interview Questions

"To get a job in machine learning, you must have the programming and mathematical knowledge to create artificial intelligence that is capable of learning new tasks without being explicitly coded. In an interview you may be asked about your experience with pertinent coding languages such as Java and C++ as well as with writing algorithms. The interview will be comprised mainly of technical questions that test your knowledge of the fundamental concepts of machine learning such as data mining and signal processing."

8,212 machine learning interview questions shared by candidates

First round was a non-technical but complete assessment of behavioural scenarios, including a few questions on the candidate's long-term professional ambitions, as well as inquisitions on your general knowledge on AI as well as on the company itself. Second round was a technical and knowledge-based interview on many scientific concepts, testing the candidates on both their understanding of classical ML algorithms as well as their knowledge on more recent developments. Your problem solving approach may also be tested through a live-coding challenge. Final round was a technical homework assignment to be completed in a week, and later presented to the team, followed by a Q&A to understand your approach and decisions.

Director Round - Where roles and responsibilities were discussed. - They are expecting candidates should work more on the Python Backend work and a bit of Machine Learning work if any project turn up from client side. So somebody who are in to core Machine Learning, better stay away from Soroco as the job role is not so interesting as the JD says. I guess JD was copied from some other company's JD :P After this round, it was clear to me that they don't have much Machine Learning related work.
