I liked how their questions were aligned with their culture and strategy. One question was to provide an example of how I approached a highly technical problem and what did I learn from that effort.
Showed electrical schematic and asked to identify the components. Also shown a P& ID asked to identify parts then given scenarios on how I would fault find issues.
