One concern Flash Pack had was that I had never worked in a start up Company before, therefore they were to keen to find out how I would cope in a start up environment where your workdays aren't as structured and processes aren't as established as they would be in a Corporate environment. Hence lots of questions around adaptability, managing deadlines, working with different teams/stakeholders & building out new processes.
