IPM already can see your background and expereince from your resume. They want to know you as a person and whether you'll fit their company culture.
How did you learn about Nous? Why do you want to work at Nous? Can you explain why human centred design is good to a client? (As part of the scenario) What HCD process would you follow to solve *generic scenario problem*. How would you convince *generic problem stakeholders* that HCD is a good way to solve their problems? What was your most challenging stakeholder/team member situation? We write a lot of reports, do you know how to write reports? (At that stage I probably should have pretended I was illiterate, just to have a little fun and at least lighten the mood for myself)
