After describing the customer experience, I was asked what I would do to streamline and scale a particular portion of the SMB client onboarding experience.
If my manager wanted to have the person directly involved with an ongoing overnight incident, and the next shift was coming in, how would I handle it.
The questions asked were on the Task given. The task will be related to your role, and how you would work with other teams to achieve your task.
They asked how I contributed to success at my current employer.
