The interview process begins with a 15 mintue phone conversation in which the county HR representative asks you questions. You're then supposed to move onto a couple of other interviews. My rep barely spoke. She asked me to give me an example of a time a customer was upset and how did you handle it? What qualities do you have that would be a good fit. and so on.
