List of Technical Questions Questions were based on area of Interest. (prepare well for your area of interest) Q.1 Do you have experience of Welding Processes? Q.2 What is difference between Gas and Arc Welding? Q.3 What are the components in Welding? Q.4 What is material of the filler rod? Q.5 What is the value of current, voltage and their specific ratio (if any) in arc welding? Q.6 What do you understand by Thermodynamics? Q.7 Is Third Law of Thermodynamics applicable for any material in the world? Explain. Q.8 Give a practical example of First Law of Thermodynamics. Q.9 Have you ever heard of corollaries of second law of thermodynamics, if yes, mention. Q.10 Mention some electrical and electronic components in a normal four wheeler car. Q.11 What is the function of an alternator in a car? Q.12 What voltage is given by alternator to the battery of a car? Q.13 What is normal voltage across the battery of a car? And they also asked about Interns. Don't bluff in interviews.
