The aptitude test was simple but the result of it were very shocking. They took 2-3 hrs to declare the result. Even though aptitude test was easy,simple , the result was not as I had expected, even though I knew I had 19/20 question right. May be they have different criteria for shortlisting for interview other than aptitude test. Criteria like surname, background etc. as it is Indian company and not MNC's it bound by Indian labour law.
