Tell me about yourself
General history, performance, and work style questions. Not many "behavioral interview" questions. The last interview was more of a meeting with people who all asked me if I had any questions for them. I got the feeling the decision had already been made at that point, though I wasn't sure if they decided on me or someone else. I am guessing they just put a certain # of people through the same process, whether they are interested in you or not at any point. As a manager, I would hate to have to interview this way because I like to do the right thing by people, and not mislead them just to check boxes or fill quotas.
What makes you a good fit for the team
Since I did the hiring I will talk about basic question I asked everyone... 1) I have many people for this one job, Why should I hire You? 2) If I asked your previous manager (or teacher for High school students) what was your best asset, what you they tell me? 3) followed immediately by If I asked this same person what do you need to improve on what would they say...(this answer carried a lot of weight and you would be surprised how they answer....
