Some topics relevant to the role were missing, intentionally or not: I had to follow up on them. Other topics, like project management techniques, seemed like they had been added to the interview loop as an afterthought.
They tend to ask situational questions "how do you..." or yet "what is the difference between...". None of the questions were of the form "tell me about a time when you....". Said otherwise, they did not prompt me to justify my answer with samples of past work, although those samples were critical. They were eager to hear them.
We mostly discussed real life examples/experience related to people skills, and topics from the area of expertise of a team I would be joining.
