A lot of behavioral questions that make you think on your feet. For example, "Describe a time when you had have a difficult conversation with an employee. What was the problem and how did you handle it?"
All interviews consisted of behavioral based interview questions mostly focused on leadership style. The interview process was challenging and fun.
