Questions based on relevant experience for the role. No questions regarding personal interests or how you deal with stress etc so not sure they got an idea as to who I really am or what makes me tick outside of the workplace - but I guess that's maybe seemed too intrusive - but sometimes these questions are a bit of an icebreaker.
Usual mix of Work Experience, past Achievements, Motivation to the job
How would I contribute to the team to take the HR practices to next level?
All of the questions are situational based questions. They are all read from a list that corporate HR comes out with. Thus, they are all HR friendly and nothing too difficult if you have experience in that field or have a good dose of common sense.

Must understand FMLA, ADA, EEO and apply to real life question scenario.
