Honestly, this was one of the worst recruiter calls I have ever had (coming from an experienced recruiter). She was blunt and cold and fired out question after question. She didn't intro herself, the company, the role, or the team. She harshly asked for my salary expectations, and that was it. When I asked her questions she didn't answer them in-depth or in detail. Overall, it was very un-engaging from the candidate side. The company has a really cool mission and I would have been super interested in learning more, but it was such a bad candidate experience.
