3 - 4 behavioural, 1-2 situational for every interview, some questions are repeated. 1) tell me a time when you stepped up to deliver excellent results 2) tell me a time when you thought there was a better way of doings things and you went ahead to improve either an existing idea or process to make things better (process improvement) situational questions are very vague, hard to answer if they dont give some context or examples.
