the HR representative took over the interview and asked me a lot more questions than the Desk Support Manager, who should have been the one who recruited someone to help her. It was an hour and thirty-five minutes long. I think I responded to maybe 20 of their questions. They agreed to update me early next week and provide the agent with their evaluation of my performance during the interview as soon as possible. But regrettably, that never happened.

The questions that set Dish apart tried to assess your ability to function in their combative culture or were just plain weird. - How do you deal with difficult people? - How do you deal with a difficult manager? - Are you going to leave after 4 months? - What have you heard about Dish and how do you feel about it? - Why would you want to work for Dish? - How do you feel about working long hours and weekends?
