Generally not a set format, you get a problem statement, and you have to make a presentation to present to a committee, which includes two people form the hiring department (not necessarily the hiring manager) and HR. You are allowed time to present, and the the QA starts, which could be from the presentation or anything from the resume or general questions. The psychometric testing is bizarre, most people have never done something like this before, unless you have worked in the military or secret services. There is a meeting with a psychologist too after the test.
