They wanted to know about a challenge or problem that I faced in previous jobs with an authority figure and how I handled it.
Their only interview questions in the first round is - how soon can you start, what are your 5 year goals, and what are you hoping for the role. They then go into what the "position" is and that you can't go into the position you were there for because you have to start out in sales. All while loud music from the lobby can be heard in the "interview room." Totally absurd!
