Behavorial interviewing questions. More like a train the trainer type of questions. Several questions were asked about how to do this, that. Also I noticed the interviewer made decisions based on her perceptions, and personal beliefs. Which is surprising, if a company is so numbers driven!
There weren't any formed questions that seemed to follow any best practices or methodologies I'm familiar with. Mostly they were all just "tell me about your background", "what's your familiarity with x?", etc. The stuff I prepared for weren't teed up well.

What would your plan be for the first 6 months of the job? How would you convince someone who is not on board with the goals of the organization? Tell me about your experience and how it relates to the job? Why do you want to work at Year Up?
