the HR representative took over the interview and asked me a lot more questions than the Desk Support Manager, who should have been the one who recruited someone to help her. It was an hour and thirty-five minutes long. I think I responded to maybe 20 of their questions. They agreed to update me early next week and provide the agent with their evaluation of my performance during the interview as soon as possible. But regrettably, that never happened.

Interview Process continued for approx 2.5 Months, which included 3 technical and 1 HR round and later I was asked to provide my latest salary documents as well so that HR can work on salary offer, this means I had cleared all interviews and its just matter of sending me an offer letter, based on the feedback from a Senior HR.
