The business case was the most important topic I would say. It was presented a case where I had to describe dscuss with the HR worker that was also in the interview, trying to argument why they should buy a Machine from Tetra Pak. Several documents with data where made avaliable in order to have some data to discuss.
Questions relating to relevant work experience or examples of how you would approach common challenges or problems
Questions on Previous experience, handling resource issues with different scenarios, experience on weekly reviews with client and support SLAs, preparation of PM plans, stakeholder plans, communication plans, improvements done, suggested improvements etc
