The hiring manager did not ask me any question related to Sr. Mgr IT position wrt - what is management style, how do I manage my team. How do I handle IT operations as well as the projects etc (yet the team provided the feedback on my inability to mange people/resources), HM asked me questions related to solutioning scenarios pertaining to subscription business/challenges involved around it. (I have pretty strong hands-on experience in enabling SaaS)
