As the interview was almost a year ago, I cannot recall any exceptionally difficult questions. Their style was more conversational than question - answer.

What types of procedures are you comfortable performing and what is your mindset when approaching treatment planning patients?
I didn't find any questions too difficult. I had a 7 year lapse between college and dental school so I was asked what I was doing during that period.
