Tell us about a safety related challenge, how did you deal with it, what were the results? Tell us about a disagreement you had with a co-worker, what was the outcome? Give a detailed example of a time you had to troubleshoot a machine. There were many others, but these examples should give a person an idea of what to expect if they have not had an action interview in awhile.
