Manufacturing Interview Questions
"Manufacturing covers a broad spectrum of jobs, each of which differs in its requirements. The questions you are asked in a manufacturing interview will depend on the tasks you are expected to perform. As most manufacturing jobs revolve around creating components and assembling components into products, you can expect to be interviewed about your ability to perform repetitive assembly line-style tasks with precision and accuracy. You may also be asked about any physical disabilities that would prevent you from lifting heavy objects or performing other typical factory floor tasks."

Have you made any mistake? How did you handle it?
Since it was only for an internship I did not have any real difficult questions. Just the usual give me a time where you ran into issues in a team project and how did you solve this issue.
How do you handle situation that is out of plan?
Why do you want to work for Nova Biomedical?
Didn't ask any tricky questions. Mainly asked about what engineering background I had (including projects, internships, ect.) Seemed like they wanted to make sure whoever they were hiring had engineering background/knowledge.
Why should we hire you? that was the most challenging question given.
What kind of engineering are you interested in?
Do you have automation experience?
How well do you understand manufacturing processes such as welding, bending, stamping, rolling, and so on?
