Asked me nothing about my work experience or internships. Asked me if I'm familiar with all the tools and the core core competencies I listed in my resume. Then he took me to a tour around the firm. Very polite and good Gentleman. Spoke very softly and made me very comfortable with the interview process as this was my second interview!. They don't have a production or manufacturing engineer at their facility, and they were trying for someone with a huge experience. I only have a couple of years in the field but they still Interviewed me. They said they'll call me back next week if they are happy with my interview and not satisfied with others
