The telephone interview was tougher than the face to face. I am not sure I was nervous the entire way.
No question was difficult or unexpected
I was only asked two questions - How are you able to cope with constant rejection/stay motivated? And give an example of good time management
I was asked to solve my case study once again, this time calculating from demand side. I could not reach a figure and was eliminated.
I had gone totally unprepared without knowing anything about the company. They were seeking very good HR skills. And good Guestimate solving approach.
