I was given a communication task to prepare for Round 3. I found it quite confusing and didn't make much sense. It gave me little understanding of the role, or what I could contribute. It also seemed like they wanted ideas for free. It would have been much more helpful if I was given a task based on a real life scenario. Instead, it was simply along the lines of, "give us your marketing and comms campaign ideas to spread our message". I was also asked to write a short article on Carbon Neutrality, why it's important and how it fits into a company's net-zero strategy. During the interview, I realised that the role was much more about cultural literacy for global audiences and editing content.

No pre-set illogic questions. Only a real conversation aimed at having a reciprocal understanding of what I could offer to the company and what the company to me; what would be the day by day and what's been mine so far. Impressive approach.
