The first one (w/ CEO) was short (20 mins) and seemed disorganized and awkward. There wasn't a prepared set of questions, and I had to lead the conversation. All I got from that one was that there was a rush and this role needed to be filled yesterday. The second interview with the staff member was more typical and much longer (an hour and a half). She asked about career history and experience and shared what the needs of the company were. She was prepared, had good questions and was professional. The third interview was more specific to the needs of the role and what the next steps would need to be. The CEO ended the meeting abruptly with no mention of "you'll hear from us next week....", "let us discuss internally and get back to you in a few days..." or anything like that. Soooo yeah. Fun times. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
