First interview was essentially about ideas and hypothesis how to improve the conversion of sign-ups to purchases for a specific website provided by the recruiter (there was more detail in the case). The second interview was behavioral. The questions were the usual: tell me about yourself, why intuit, do you know our company values? Which ones do you identify yourself with? Tell me about a time you had to be bold.
Virtually all of the questions were "Tell me about a situation that..." - you led a project and it failed - you had to make a decision with limited data - you took a risky decision etc
