Technical interview asked extremely technical questions about my experiences listed on my resume. Leadership interview touched typical behavioral problems (how did you motivate your team, name a time you had to learn a large amount in a short time and how did you do it, etc) Management interview was pretty much meeting the overall supervisor and getting his approval, not really a formal interview.
