Why am I interested in Horizon Media?
How was it like for you as a team member? What kind of personality would others be describing you as?
You have a lot of relevant skills but you've worked in female consumerism media. Why would that make you suitable for a tech company? (Seemed a little presumptious)
The two questions that I felt were most engaging were: *How would approach creating audio for a project without any direction whatsoever? *What do you want to be when you grow up?

There was no unexpected question or particularly difficult question. All interviews were fairly straightforward. I liked that the online application was not bogged down by any of the sometimes typical 'tricky' questions trying to reveal high levels of creativity in the advertising industry. What seemed most important to Haworth was selecting an individual for the internship to be someone with drive, commitment to learn, contribute and succeed, and just an all-around solid business ethic. Interns are exposed to many different aspects of work and are productive workers. Great company culture that I am excited to be part of every single day!
