I was asked about my previous experience and how these skills would be useful in the current role. I was also asked to describe what I understand by observational studies, including their pros and cons. I was given plenty of opportunities to ask questions throughout the process. The HR lead was extremely accommodating and flexible. A fair recruitment process.
