They will give you a phone call and ask questions regarding the job to pre-screen you (before offering the on-line assessment). It was more than a few months ago but I think some of the questions dealt with for example, some of the patients might spit on you, is that a problem? Questions like this. You may be hit, is that a problem? The second time you visit the place, will be your interview. I was asked about my previous work experiences and how I would feel about this and that (obvious reasons why people in the past quit the job and so they wanted to make sure I knew what I was getting myself into), etc.
