When I spoke with the District Mng. she just asked a few easy questions at first and said I would get an email with details of the next stage. I never got the email and followed up on it and the woman said she didn't remember me and said she never hired anyone! I thought she was kidding, well she wasn't and that's when she had me come in for the working interview. When I called her she said she was driving and on the phone! How unprofessional! I am totally at a loss of words to describe what this woman put me through!!!

I was given a range of competency test questions, personality test questions and background and employment history. About 24 questions in total. If you were successful the candidate would then be invited back to work for a day to train up then if all goes well the candidate would start their new job on the following Monday.
